Hi they want original LORS itself, see if it gets uploaded, if not send them the originals.

Get a fresh copy from ur referees.

Also there is a new service that ECFMG is planning to start this year..its about RODS(something like Return of Original Documents services)...so probably u''ll get the docs back...GL..

The word is from our clinical coordinator is that ECFMG knows that the notice went out late and then some individuals may not be in a position to send original letters. If you got them send them and use the return service if you don't want to send them then don't worry about it. The new notice is more for those in 2008 match.

My many views are
!)its the content of lor which matters the most.PRograms are used to having to see the copies of lors so they shouldnt mind evaluating copies of lors as long as you have original with you.THe crux is Sending copies should not hurt.
2)With the new would be return of documents service you will get all your original documents back if you so desire
3)its a totally different view-if the lors you are using are not good enough to get you a match in this season then what is the use of having them.If you dont get matched then then consider using better lors nexxt season.
