A neonate has murmur at the apex,which is a normal transient finding in upto 50% of neonates.which of the following concerning informing the parent is most appropiate?

1.defer telling parents and order an Echocardiogram

2.defer telling the parents coz heart murmur often resolve

3.defer telling the parent ,but order a cardiology consultant

4.tell the parent and examine again in 2 hrs

5.tell parent this finding is normal but offer a cardiology consultation

5 would be right if the statment goes ..  TELL THE PATIENT THE FINDING "CAN/MOSTLY"  NORMAL .. and then offer



i think its 4 tell the parent and examine again in 2 hrs is a safe route
