I have applied programs with 3 LORS I've got in ERAS.
Today I found one additional LOR I requested was mailed to ECFMG.
although it came late, I still want to add it to my applications.
1) how can I do this? create another LOR writer in ERAS and then? I do not see anywhere for me to resubmit my application to programs.
2) if I add this new LOR, will it delay my application review? will PDs now wait for my 4th LOR and postpone the decision?

I solved the first question.
for the second one, some additional ?
since ECFMG is very slow in uploading documents, should I wait for the 4th LOR uploaded before I assign the writer to the programs? OR should I add the writer now so that at least the programs will see that this is from US physician. The only thing for that is that new LOR probably will appear in ERAS after september.....

Writing name doesn't make any sense. just apply now, when you got your 4th LOR, assign the letter.

would the physicina name at least be helpful for the hospital where he is working?
will the PDs be able to see the name/titile of letter writer?
