hi I am IMG from India I have completed my step-1 my scor 249/99.I haven't given my step-2 cs or ck but I can complete them by december-2006 I am in a dileema wether to aplly for2007 match by taking an ERAS token because I plan for Internal Medicine so do u think given the competition this year its just worth it to apply.The other thing I want to know is if we take an ERAS token what is the last date to send the supporting documents.To be considered for post match and any positions which lie vaccant if someone leaves a position sometime later is it necessary that we should take an ERAS token for 2007 match.By the way if we plan for 2008 match what wolud ur suggestion be to complete step-3 and have an observership in the summer. Because I am really in a dileema wether to aplly for 2007 or go for 2008 match by concentrating on the exams and applying early next year rather than trying to rush things and making a mess.Any body who can guide me or advice me on this subject please take some time to cler my doubts.

If you are a fresh graduate wait for a year. Complete all exams and apply.

Hey i think you can just chill and apply next year. but if you want to apply this year try to do it as soon as u give the exam. But Think for a second. Do you wanna rush your exams or be done iwth everything and be ready for next year?Cause CS results are taking a long time now. my friend gave it in Aug. her results are expected in oct. What ever u decide hope you have a good time
