To save you time, i think one of the more important things to remember is the one sugar that's NOT a reducing sugar --> SUCROSE!

sucrose is fructose plus glucose...so two reducing sugars together make a non reducing sugar....Howecver I still don't understand what do they mean for reducing sugar
