hellow,
I matched with the program in IM in match 2006. The program is greencard program . I had Conditional greean card which expired after match. I filed the petetion to remove all conditionas and immigration issued me an 'extension letter" for one year to extend my conditional residence and processing permenant card. Program( University not the department) withdrew my spot because it doesn't accept anything except permenat card. Progam director told me that he would be happy to write email to whatever the program needed to disclose this fact that widrawal of spot was due to green card issue not on the perfomance bases.
I am confused whether I should write this in CAF or Not? Or conceal this because i didnt start my residency.
All answers are greatly appreciated. Thanx

No, you didn't start. You could address it in your personal statement if you wanted - especially if all the obstacles are cleared.

Have you got your new permanent resident card?
If yes,How long did it take for you to receive it from immigration?
Pls,answer,I'm scared.
