suv, i think zanamivir causes nasal & throat irritation. can u plz post the source for ur ans..

Erythromycin Estolate is causes intrahepatic cholestasis .so Choice C

ANS is RIBAVIRIN..THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SIDE EFFECT OF RIBAVIRIN IS HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA...

Oh yes ..now I realise that the infection may have been due to RSV. U dont use erythromycin to treat bacterial lung infections in infants anyway.
