LA pressure at the end of diastole is greater tha LV. so i think its mitra stenosis. right???

mitral stenosis since there is pulmonary congestion, elvated left atrial pressure n no systolic murmur

MS,
as pulmonary congestion causing difficulty breathing,
no systolic murmur, also end-diastolic LA pressure is greature than end diastolic LV pr.

answer is D. The patient has mitral obstruction because the left atrial pressure is greater than the left ventricular pressure .

yup, ur right. LA pressure is normal towards end of diastole in MR. its the major diff from MS.
