The most efficient and faster way to study in CS is using epartner.
I am using this method to spend 2 hours a day , 6 days a week (off daturday) amd study every cases.
You must use the clock to time 10 minutes. 8 minutes and 2 minutes wrap up.
And even PE you speak loud to your partner and 10 minutes
