bcos SMA seizures often produces bilateral motor activity rather than focal right lower limb. But as you said it can occur but D is obviuos better choice.

IS This a case of Partial Motor Seisure? anyway dosent it look more like a step2 Q,do they ask seisures and epilepsy in step1...i haven't come across it yet.
