Which Stragulated hernia is more likely to present as bloody diarrhea with abdominal pain rather with obstructive symptoms ??????????

hmm dont remeber the name..but i thinkits one where one wall of a herniais strangulated..hence there is no obstruction, but bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain due to stranguklation..

it was given in normann browse ( Physical exam for surgey)..in case u have it
