The patient is suffering from severe B12 deficiency and is anemic .You start B12 treatment.After a few days patient develops severe muscle weakness.The patient is annoyed that instead of improving ,he has deteriorated.What do you think what has happpened to him??

You should start with folic acid instead of B12, if the patient is depleted of Cbl starting with B12 can improve hematological features but it accelerates neuro damage... This is a case of wrong drug administration!?

hmm but isnt folate administration in the case of B12 deficiency coz worsening rather than versa
