23 y/o f comes to ur office complainin of amenorrhea and hirsutism.on exam..she is obese n have a history of type 2 DM.she states desire to be pregnant..what is best initial therapy??
1.wt reduction
2.aldactone
3.clomiphene
4.estrogen and progesterone
5.metformin

1. Bestr initial therapy would be wt. reduction. If still no response go for clomiphene
