i had 3 yr resident experience in my home country; in the ERAS, there is one item about resideny experience, i am not sure if I should fill it in; is it positive or negative to show my previous experience? or it completely doesn't matter since non-american experience is not counted? any suggestion? good luck for everybody here

no man you defin have to put it in. usually it creates a lot of advantage espec. if it's a surgical residency.
