Dear all:
Original i schedule my exam on September 29. But for some reasons i can't finished it so i decided to extend my exam to November. My original schedule limit is July,Aug,Sep. So i pay the extend fee about 50 us dollars to extend it.And ECFMG already reply I can extend it.
But when i log in the prometric.com to reschedule my exam. I choose one day on November then press Next button. It says i need to pay the reschedule fee 219 us dollars. But i already extend my exam 5 days prior the exam. why i also need to pay the reschedule fee ?? Any body have the same experience ?

from what i've heard-just "cancel" the exam booked date first , instead of rescheduling on the prometric website to avoid the fee, then when they send you the new orange ticket with the number (as it's past your original 3 month window), you plug int he new number on the prometric site and get a new date.

yes, I have the same experience,. i wanted to reschedule the exam to a later date within the 3 months period and the prometric asked me 219$. I don't know what to do, there was not supposed to be any rescheduling fee. Anybody please advice...

Yes, the rescheduling worked , but I needed to cancel the exam first and the schedule again.

no, doc, I was in time but I think the prometric website has problems ((the rescheduling can be made only after cancelling the exam)
