okie i was wrong..mycoplasma has traditionally been asso with bulous myringitis, but usually, whenever investigated has shown no significant contribution.. No Evidence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in Acute Myringitis http://www.pidj.com/pt/re/pidj/abstract.00006454-...!-210589086!-949856145!8091!-1 even found sumthing similar in a 1980 review!!

The answer cannot be "all of them" Mycoplasma P. Causes Erythema MULTIFORME not nodosum. I know for sure that Bullous myringitis is a unique but uccomon manifestation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae so this is my answer
