okie i was wrong..mycoplasma has traditionally been asso with bulous myringitis, but usually, whenever investigated has shown no significant contribution..

No Evidence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in Acute Myringitis

The answer cannot be "all of them" Mycoplasma P. Causes Erythema MULTIFORME not nodosum. I know for sure that Bullous myringitis is a unique but uccomon manifestation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae so this is my answer smiling face
