All of the following have been associiated with sarcoidosis  except:



  1. Cranial N palsy

  2. Angina

  3. Erythema nodosum

  4. Uveitis

  5. Digital clubbing

I think 5 as i exclude all the other choices,Constrictive pericarditis may give rise to retrosternal chest pain(angina).What is the answer sea_Gull

Exception is Digital clubbing. Angina can occur in sarcoidosis ,though very rarely.

The answer is Angina.
Here we go
Sarcoidosis Syndromes:
Lofgren's Syndrome- includes the complex of erythema nodosum and x-ray findings of bilateral hilar adenopathy + joint symptoms
Heeerfordt-Waldestrom Syndrome-
includes fever, parotid enlargment, anterior ubeitis, and facial nerve palsy.
We know that sarcoidosis affects the lungs. I am not going to go into the pathology of it. But think lungs ultimately undergo fibrosis (like COPD eh....) thus the clubbing.
That leaves us with angina
