I would go w/ D too, but "affects expression" sounds a little fishy to me!

I CANNOT MAKE OUT THE REASON FOR THE ANSWER . MAY BE , CELLULAR RNA MEANS RIBOSOMES CONTAINING RNA AND WHAT AFFECTS THEIR EXPRESSION.

I will go with B too. Ribosomes are involved in the TRANSLATION of mRNA rather than expression, which is basically transcription.

B. The growing liver cell need tranciptional factor as primary signal for gene expression. Think of cell cycle during mitotic division. It needs transcription factors to carrying on mitotic cell division. Here, the mitotic division is happening in liver cells. Ribosomes synthesis can be result of gene expresion once trancriptional factors activated.

Transcription factors are involved in recognizing and binding of RNA polymerase II to the promoter region of DNA. Therefore TF sud affect the expression of cellular RNA in rapidly growing liver cells. B??

i think ,considering peoxisomes are formed from ER,its increase will be more of a consecuence of increased RNA formation, rather vice-versa. i go for B

TF´s act on promotors and enhancers which regulate transcription. I don´t think that expression is refering to translation. So I go with the flow: B

seems all confused..... it appears to be atricky question as almost everyone appears to be tricked with it.... well to break up the question ...it says expression of cellular RNAs..... and a RNA wen expressed will obviously form Amino Acids....... and wat is required fr the formation of AA is a RNA and a Ribosome over it..... so i personally feel its a RIBOSOME.... Ribosome frm me guyz

I think we need to go over the definition of Expression, one of the definitions is something that manifests something else. Thus the expression of cellular rna would mean creating protein. The answer is D
