Only two muscles lie posterior to the shoulder joint among you mentioned.i.e Terese major and Lattismus Dorsii Well posterior dislocation is through Quadrangular spce whose one border is formed by Terese major.Might be it is injured .Just a guess.Waiting for your reply.
