regular
- normal P with QRS--sinus tachy most likely
- NO P or distorts QRS--think AVNRT ( av nodal reenterant tachy)
- retrograde P--AVNRT, NPRT ( non paroxysmal jxal tachy)
- F waves ( usually rate =300 atrial, but ventricular rate is 150)--flutter

dont get overwhelmed..just think of 3 things
- is it fibrillation ( THIS I THINK IS VERY IMPORTANT)
- is it flutter?
- is it sinus tachy simply?
- watch out for WPW---look for J waves

just look thru a few pics simultaneuosly with the given points..i think ud be able to handle UW ecgs atleast, if not more

those r currents involved in the cardiac potential.. i think this is step 1 stuff though...has it been tested..coz i'll need to revise it
