potein losing enteropathy....can be due to lymphatic obstruction,mucosal disease with ulceration or idiopathic mucosal transudation. it is characterised by hypoalbumenemia and elevated fecal alpha 1 antitrypsin.

you are right yulia..its E It shows giant thickened gastric folds(enlarged rugae)....and pt develops severe hypoprteinemia and anasarca.
