Ima sorry its not M2 goljan saysM3 is progranulocytic M5 is acute monocytic leukemia and M7 is acute megakaryocytic. M7 is characterised by myelofibrosis and Platelet peroxidase stain positive. In question you have asked promonocytic... Iam confused with M3 or M5 as the answer.
