a 41 yr old woman migrated from mexico presents to the clinic with white spots on her body,she says she noticed it 1 mth ago and thot it was from the sun,but has increased despite her indoor job.
on exam,multiple asymetric circular lesions on arm,abdomenand back.sharply demarcated with rasied borders,anaesthetic and no hair growth on areas.
what is the treatment?
