My transcript, deans letter, photo and few LOR have been sent to ERAS 3 weeks ago and I don't see any documents which are available. It says documents 0
2 questions
Would you ever see which are documents have been arrived and scanned at ERAS?
In ERAS, they ask which program to apply and which LOR should be assigned to that program. In that tab one has to fill name of LOR writer. If you don't see any LOR and name of writer which can be clicked to be attached then in this case ERAS computer will match name you entered with what they have?

go to oasis, than to residency token request. if ecfmg received your documents they will be listed there.

Yyou must sent your documents to ECFMG, to be scanned by them. it takes usually 10 days. you can check on OASIS, where you apply for your ERAS Token.
if you apply to any program, ECFMG will upload your documents on the ERAS post office, and the assigned program will downlad your papers.
You can track this process on ERAS>PROGRAMS>TRACK APPLICATIONS
Regarding your 2nd question, you can write the name, title of Letter author and the specialty you want to apply in LOR section of ERAS. So, you and ECFMG know which LOR goese to which specialty.

Few more things.
oasis then token it says documents receipt and it has listed few items
How would I know which ones have been scanned? or would I ever know or just assume that 10 days after the receipt date they will be scanned.
q2.
My school has sent transcript, deans letter and letter from chief of medicine in one evelope.
Now under oasis recipt, it just say ERAS application packet. Is this normal or would they also list that letter from Dr. ABC or XYZ as well.
q3.
I waived my right to see the letter and I did send the signed form to the letter writer and requested them to include it along with letter. I don't konw if they bother to include piece of document along with letter. Would oasis show that this letter is orginal and is a confidential letter or you just hope. I hope I will not be scrued as I did not see the letter and ERAS don't list as confidential letter.

My advice is, apply to one program at least, and wait for 2-3 days, if you have ERAS packet received on OASIS. Assign your LOR to that program, then, you will see what is going on. keep on looking on Track Applications.
Oasis put COPY stamp on photocopied LOR, without stam means Original. PDs will notify if you have waive or not waive you letter.
