My 4th LOR was sent on august 31st (that is what my recommending doc told me)... but at OASIS there is still no report that they receive it.
If there is no report at OASIS that the LOR was received, then that means that it will not be uploaded right... or it could be uploades to ERAS even when there is no report of it receipt??
Sorry for the silly question... I starting to be consumed by anxiety....

Did you send LOR by certified (so you can track it) or regular mail?
ECFMG did not recived (at least they said that) one of my LOR sent by regular mail. Letter writer sent another one later on by certified mail.

U cud call and ask ECFMG...but they're prob swamped because of a mail overload takin em longer to scan documents....and it won't be uploaded until it is scanned and appointed a letter writer in ur ERAS application.

They should have it by now. Try to track it down, even if it takes four hours on the phone; make sure they don't have it and if they don't ask you attending to send a new one via certified mail. (blame it all on eras)

Thanks for your advice and this is what happened...
I called the ECFMG after several attempts and several minuetes waiting, I explained what happened and the answer was "YOUR LETTER IS NOT UPLOADED...THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO AND TO ASK FOR ANOTHER LETTER IS YOUR CALL"
She was not precisely rude but was not helpful neither... at all. Well, she must be tired of answering the same questions I presume...
Then I decided to call the attending doc, and spoke with his secretary... she on the other hand was extremely polite and helpful. She explained that she send the letter by regular mail on sept 2nd and probably it will take several more days to reach ECFMG... She was happy to resend it through courier today, and to track the letter in case it got delayed...
So that's it... hopefuly I can apply in a couple of days. Thanks for your guidance... this forum rules!!
