Hi! I have a 4th LOR that was mailed out last week but it has not been shown in Oasis as received.
My question is, when can I assign that 4th LOR to the programs I am applying to? Now even when its not yet scanned or when its been scanned already?Please help. Thanks!

yes, you can assign it even now

You can assign it now and whenever it becomes available it will show up in your ADTs.....

Can programs see the letter writers name if it assigned but not scanned yet? do the programs know another letter is coming?
