hi

my usmle transcripts have been uploaded and that means my ADTS is all set but one problem bothering me was that some programs have not at all downloaded any of my documents so far.

is it a normal variation in downloading ..what can I do to remind them ?

even I am wondering now... my transcript is uploaded and I just posted final version of my PS after 2 changes.... I am also awaiting my CS results in October.. I wonder do the programs come back to load applications, which they thought were almost complete initially.. or is it just auto update on their systems??

same here moozy (CSawaited)but some programs have not downloaded a single document of mine.

as far as incomplete downloads go i think they update periodically/ repeatedly depending on whether they are interested in ur application.

That is incorrect. Programs either get all information coming to them or none - we can't pick and choose through ERAS.

You can send them out any time, but be prepared, and don't take it personally if you don't get any answer. Program coordinators are still swamped with emails from applicants wanting to know criteria, and the emails coming about if we are going to offer an interview (when we haven't even looked at applications yet - ARGH).

Just don't take it personal if you don't get many answers.

Nothing - maybe the coordinator has been on vacation for a two week period? Or off on maternity. Patience.....

3rd week running and those 4 programs havent downloaded any of my documents yet!!!!!

i am just taking bbb's word for it that they must be off on a vacation

yes, 10 of the programs have not downloaded anything. One program downloaded part of the docs on the 6th and never came back- do I need to remind this program?

I don't think so Amygd...

As bbb has said (several times).
...It is not possible for PG's to download only the applications that they want.
Everything is downladed by the server as a "Packet"

So if there is one or 2 or 10 PG's that stoped downloading your application, the rest of people applying to this program will be experiment the same effect for sure.

It's the 18th and I have the same problem, some of the programs still haven't downloaded anything yet. And guess what, of course those are some of the programs that I really have hopes with. And my third LoR is still at "wonderful' ERAS, not uploaded yet of course... My hair is falling out literally big time!

So call them if they haven't downloaded anything. Then you wouldn't be sitting at your computer driving yourself crazy. Good luck.

called 2 programs, one said they dont even look at ERAS till 0ctober 1 and the other program was busy in a "project" and they would start downloading from Monday.
