Lets say I am applying to case western and they have 4 different program.
I choose internal med (cat) and internal med (international health), does that mean I am applying to different programs for the purpose of bill payment to ECFMG and match?

In term of fees, both will count as 1 application, even in the case you apply to all the options they have.
