I dont think there is any direct counterpart, jsut depending on what you mean by it. Turners is the most common cause of femal hypogonadism. In that aspect, Klinefelters is the most common cause of male hypogonadism. Genotypes are different 45 xo , to 47xxy, 48 xxxy. you also want to remember that most of the time that Xo is imcopatible with life as well. This is why in actuallity that many of the patients that live with turners are actually mosaics.
