I want to add that looking at the places that have sent rejections it seems that the IMGs have not done enough background soul searching as many of these places are known not to take IMGs and even if they do he has to be US Citizen IMG with really good credentials....I havent seen people sharing information about IMG friendly places...we need to help others out to be helped out ourselves...

something happened what I don't understand.....I got rejection from Jamaica hospital, the only problem is that ERAS shows that my application was not downloded by this program...Have no idea hoe it happened...

Don't feel bad. I am a U.S. citizen and got rejected by Jamaica. Also LSU Shreeveport .Thought I did my homework making excel file over several months for all FM programs up to date.
At this point in the game, I think the best thing to do is channel ones energy towards pure potentiality like Chopra says. On the bright side I got an interview lined up in only 12 hours after applying. If it is in our chismaat (destiny) it will come. Keep praying and keep playing in our minds going for that one interview that follows through with a match. No matter what "Keep on truck'n!"

I agree with you Will.
After reading about all early rejections info posted in this forum I though my first message would be a rejection mess too... however, yesterday morning when I received my first Message I was really surprised to see that it was an Interview invitation 
So lets just keep thinking positive...
Everything will come to us as long as we toke the right decision where and when to apply.
Furthermore, I do believe that doing enough program research definitly will increase our chances even if we do not apply to more than 50 progs.

hey guys, nice to join in on the "dejected-and-rejected" thread. This is year 2 in applying for residency for me, and it really sucks big time.
I totally didn't want to apply this year, but was forced by my family, sorta. I'm just so worried about all these "We're sorry, but we require an average exam score of 99 for our IMGs..."
Oh well, it's nice to hear that I'm not the only one who is totally frustrated with this.
Oh, I applied to 86 programs.... Let's hope that at least ONE will kind of think, "Well, she MIGHT be what we're looking for."

I saw a message on ERAS and i was worried it is one rejection.. when i opened it.. this is what it says.. i am glad as at least it is not a rejection...
