i changed my P.S and sent this after i had already sent out the first one. programs seem to have downloaded both. is this gonna hurt me.the basic idea was the same I just changed a few lines.

The new one replaces the old one. Don't worry - it's still very early.

so... can programs still view the old PS and new PS or the previous statement gets completely replaced? I had sent one PS but before it was retrieved, I changed it with editted version... does that mean the editted version will reach only....

yes

hey bbb wanted to ask u what if i change my ps around next month bcoz i am expecting somethin to turn up. mid oct too late to change? or does the program have old copy too? bcoz u mentioned most progs only print out the materials the night before the iview. so wud the new ps be effective in places where i wud have not iviewed? smiling face

I can't answer for all programs, but applicants at my hospital don't have a paper file until about 2-3 days prior to an interview. That way I have the most current information printed when someone comes to see me and Molly.
