urgent help needed-bbb

hi

i am an img applying for int med this year. i have step1-99/244 ,cs pass and my ck result is due next week.should i wait till 13th or apply now as that would mean i have to indicate ecfmg-not certified in caf.

also i have been accepted for clinical attachment starting october. do you think it will be helpful now.currently i am working full time in uk in psychiatry. do you think i should resign and go for the attachment or continue with uk experience.

also do you think acls certification will help.

please help.

You are going to ask and trust a complete stranger if you should resign a position? The only thing that I will answer is that ACLS won't matter.

i understand what u mean. i have read quite a few of your posts.they have been extremely helpful.could you please guide.

should i apply now or wait till 13th for step 2 scores and therefore ecfmg certification (hopefully).i sent my documents yesterday for scanning.should i wait for them to upload or apply now .please help.it'll be much appreciated.

how are you doing? I remember you from step 1. If I were you, I would apply and let the programs know you are getting your ck score in a week.

thanks. i also remember u from step1 forum. congrats for your scores.ill do that.the only thing is that i sent my documents yesterday for scanning and i think that they'll be uploaded in next 10-15 days . should i inform the programs about this as well. or do they reject the application due to incomplete documents. i have heard that once rejected they dont reconsider the same application later. is it true.

My answer is the same as it has been for weeks - apply with as complete of an application as early as you can - if you aren't comfortable applying now, then wait until next week. It's your decision.

If your documents are not uploaded yet, you might as well wait. You will have your scores in hand.

anyway , as bbb points out, you have to make the final decision. Good luck for your score. I am sure youwill dowell.
