when eras says "all documents must be refered with your name and aamc id" DOES IT MEAN THAT I SHOULD WRITE MY NAME AND AAMC ID ON THE TOP OF EACH DOCUMENTS? OR THE ERAS SUBMISSION PAPER IS ENOUGH?

i stuck a post-it on the LORs and MSPE with my AAMC ID number and wrote on back of photograph....
