I liked usmlerx as well. I also used kaplan qbank. The think usmlerx tries hard to come up with board-relevant questions. Kaplan qbank on the other hand has an obsession with gross anatomy. I had ONE gross anatomy question on my exam (not counting obvious stuff like identification of structures on CT and MRIs). In Kaplan Qbank, I was continuously battered by their arcane gross anatomy questions. Still of the two, Kaplan is still somewhat ahead only because it's tried and tested. Maybe in a year or two, usmlerx will come out to dominate.
