(in my thinking)

in Klinefelter syndrome...(hypogonadism...)

LH(increase) -> Leydig cell hyperplasia
(Sertoli cell hyalinization,fibrosis) -> inhibin(decrease) -> FSH(increse)

there's estradiol aromatized from testosterone. (-> feminization)
where does testerone come from? it comes from Leydig cell.
so..what does Leydig cell make? testosterone...

there is too much production of testerone(some of it should go to Sertoli cell).
much of production doesn't find their proper postion,so it changes to Estradiol.(like lost children)

in mechanism..there should be plenty of testosterone ( But decreased level of testosterone in plasma because it changes to Estradiol quick.

(cf. decreased plasma testosterone was qbank question.)

BUT QBANK EXPLANATION GOES LIKE BELOW;

Leydig cell doesn't produce much testosterone.
Leydig cell increase lots of estradiol due to increased LH.

Leydig for Estradiol???? hm...

please let me clear or prove me i'm wrong. Thanks in advance.
