I am not en expert of the system or anything, but if programs have downloaded applications without usmle scores, this may be the explanation of rapid rejections. Some form of auto reply that detects incomplete applications. I think people should wait out until eras fixes this problem in order to guarantee arrival of a full application and avoid premature rejection. what do you guys think?

I would like to know what are the programs evaluating applications. I am not sure it is because incomplete applications. I feel they will not reject it so early but rather not consider it until is complete. it may be some very essential criteria e.g visa during residency --> there are some programs who just do not sponsor at all. graduation date??? USCE???? those who just don't want fmg at all would require ONE YEAR of USCE and do not accept observership. If persons getting rejections post the places, others might use this info to decide whether to apply to those prog. hope this helps.

yah you may be right, there is alot of criteria to consider, however i believe scores top the list, well whatever it is a concrete factor like visa , ecfmg certified, fmg etc.. not something subjective like lors or usce.

I sent about 150 emails to programs that I intend to submit my credentials. I ask about application with step 1 score only and they reply that they will not review incomplete application. Deadline for complete application is different among programs, some programs require everything complete in Sep. You got early rejection if you apply to such programs. Good luck
