I just noticed on ADTS that some programs downloaded my picture. From what i understand, programs can only download my pic when they have chosen me for an interview. As a PC, does this mean that I will be asked to interview with those programs? I haven't received an email or a call from any programs yet. I'm so confused right now! Thanks for your help.

ALL PROGRAMS HAVE TO ACCEPT ALL DOCUMENTS FROM ERAS, BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT WE CAN SEE THE PHOTO.

We have to download it, but we can't see the photo until an applicant is offered an interview.

Should my lor writer's send only the original version or also an english traduction?

I wonder if the program has already downloaded the photo ,then what prevents them from seeing it. How does ERAS knows that an applicant has been invited for the interview? bbb ??

I don't know how the magic works. I know that if I click on a picture, what comes up is: "Cannot view/print photograph until applicant is invited to interview, scheduled for interview or selected to be ranked"

What's the HOUSE?

Thanks Amy - I guess I should stop watching the old movies and watch regular TV.

dr. house is the genius doc who went to hopkins, is triple boarded in internal medicine, nephrology, and infectious diseases. he has the worst bedside manner of all time (insults his patients, cruely sarcastic), but he's such a great diagnositician that they cannot do without him. great show!

I hate House. I could not put up with his manners even if he was the last doctor on Earth! Well, if I was alive, then he would not be, because Earth would have at least two doctors. sticking out tongueAnd the situations are so ridiculous (like sending his residents to investigate a patients' house - CRIME!!!), that makes me roll my eyes and think "oh, please, Louise!".disapproval The actor is good, though, I watched an interview with him and liked.

I would much rather see Scrubs (and Dr. Cox's six packs), at least it makes me laugh, or Grey's Anatomy, with all that love in the air...

That's why I love Dr. House- because he is not politically correct! Look at all the other scum on tv, everybody tries sooo hard not to discriminate or insult anybody that it becomes boring! And btw, you have never thought even once that a stubborn, self-destructive patient deserves his neck twisted?grin

medicus_81

grin Nice thought... But one shouldn't kick a laying wounded dog...

Anyway, if it helps to get it out of your system, I agree, it's nice to watch. Since in real life, WE don't get to do it.grin

yep, exactly! WE will never be able to act out like House...that's why it's nice to see how he verbalizes all the thoughts we have but will never dare to sharesmiling face)))))))))
