hi can somebody with both editions rank the kaplan books? is there a diffrence in both .if yes, which are better ones? thanks

it's strange - why do you think that the older edition may be better than the new one? I have counted the number of pages in both editions - in the new one there are more pages for each subject (except for surgery - but this can be explained by the fact that they have moved 'Appendix: Dermatology, Radiology, Ophthalmology' from 'Surgery' to 'Internal Medicine').

either edition is fine. Just remember you're dealing with an older edition when you read rheumatology. (Celecoxib, etc, etc) Just FYI.

Do you think there are much differences between 05-06 and 06-07? editions?
