I was thinking nortriptyline, but trazodone is just as likely.
It shouldnt be fluoxetine (prozac) or sertraline (zoloft), i wouldnt think

so the question is not asking about the treatement of choice for severly dep. pt...its just asking you (doc) will be conserned to think before giving heterocyclics.
