hi,
im new to the whole process. can u ps help me.
ive completed my caf on myeras but i donno where to mention abt my observership, shud i write it in work experience or volunteer experience.
ive sent my documents to eras but they r not yet uploaded, can i still apply to the programs.

2. Apply. Some material will not be uploaded until you apply, such as LOR.

put everything in your work experience. Its certainly not a volunteer experience. It has given you exposure to US health-care system.
You can still apply for programs and assign documents later when they are uploaded. If this wont take long then wait for them to upload. Thats my personal opinion and i am waiting for them to be uploaded.
