Answer for sure is C
Hypertricglyceridemia particularly above 1000 mg/dl as seen in type I hyperlipidemia (hyperchylmicronemia) is a great risk factor for Acute pancreatitis.
Other metabolic disorder which should be remembered along with it is Hypercalcemia.
Best of luck

Metabolic conditions which can cause PA: - elevated triglyceride levels in the serum - abnormalities of calcium metabolism (e.g. hyperparathyroidism). -poorly controlled diabetes mellitus. Triglyceride levels in excess of 1000 mg/dL are necessary before acute pancreatitis develops. The precise mechanism through which hypertriglyceridemia causes pancreatitis is unknown. High levels of calcium in serum can cause PA;proposed mechanisms include pancreatic enzyme activation due to elevated levels of calcium.

What a relief! I was confused because I thought that hypertryglyceridemia may cause hypercalcemia, but now it's clear. Thank you!

That is true
Severe Hypercalcemia --------------------> Acute pancreatitis
