For the amount of money that we're paying I think the ERAS should try to work harder.
I can't believe the time they're taking to scan and upload documents that have been sent "ON TIME".
I am really PO-ed big time, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do. When you think that last year they lost my most important LoR. Well, I sent them another copy but it took a long time to get it all uploaded and it was late in the game as it was... How about that?
Well, I wish you all the best of luck, and nerves of steel in dealing wit these wonderful issues!

well they have not uploaded my LORs ... they reached them on 21st Aug... I just got hung up eventually after a wait of 50 mins on phone... and it is expensive calling internationally and more frustrating when disconnected after a long long long long wait..
