hi everybody
when I apply early without step 2CK to some program that need step 2 CK, they will reject me..
after a month or so, if my step 2 is complete, will they recosider my CV: as if I'm a new applicant, or the primary rejection is perminant?

Programs will know that new information is posted to your ERAS application.
