Hi bbb,
In india we have to do compulsory rotatory internship for one year after our medical school is finished to be eligible for getting medical diploma. Can we put that clinical experience in voluntary or work experience or whatever other category is there?

Hi dr_jazzy06, The internship in india is not after you medical school is finished. Your medical school is finished after your internship. Internship is a part of your education and you are not eligible for a degree without that. I believe we cannot put internship as work experience. If you have a house job on the other hand, thats work experience for sure.

I did internship and 2 house jobs in india and i am putting only the housejobs as experience not the internship.

I know you are trying to make the best in your application. My best wishes are with you.

regards

Date on your degree shows when youn attended medical school irrespective of ur internship.Everything after that comes in work experience.I did inquire about this and found out Internship is indeed work experience. As it is after the date you attended medical school .But in fact before Your Graduation.Interesting!!
