please tell should I apply to both prelim and categorical or categorical alone.please tell advantages and disadv.after finishing i year of preliminary do i have to start this process all over again?

prelim is tuffer to get in than categ. i suggest only categ. many ppl do click both. earlier posts have been on the same topic. do go thru em.
