Hi Friends,
Do we need to write work experience in CAF, from current job to first job or is it better to start from first job to current job

Doesn' matter in which order you write because in your CAF it would appear chronologically with most recent on the first position.

i have put all my experience form internship to now in previous training ....
Now some one at my work place got advised by an Internist in States to place the experience in work experience and not previous training.. his reason is that u dont want to show that u have had some sort of training(residency outside US) apart form your internship....
I dont know how true this is... anyone plz shed some light on this...
have i done wrong.. does it matter.. I am applying for IM residency and my past experience includes some FM exp and later Basic training in EM and Orthopaedics in UK..

in the descriptions for the work, in how much detail are u guys going...2-3 sentences or big paragraphs in detail

the lenght of description will vary with each individual..i would write a little more than 2-3 lines to include how the work ex led to my development...5-6 lines seem better to me ..It allows me to talk about other things in the ps..Eventually it will depend on individuals peference.
