1) I have 2 good US lors that are already scanned and a strong lor from professor from my home country.
2)I am still waiting for my best lor (US LOR), which should come by 20th september.
3)I have one more lor from head department IM from my home country.
Now question is whether:
I should apply with only three lors (excluding the one from head IM home country) and assign incoming lor so that it gets transmitted automatically when it arrives.
or
I should apply with 4 lors (above three + letter from head IM home country) and later replace the letter from head IM home country with the new US strong lor. In this case is the programs have already made hard copy of all lors then they will have total 5 lor and there would be problem of plenty. No program wants 5 lors. What is your opinion friends?
Hope my question makes sense.
