I'd like to apply for a neurology residency program. Could anybody tell me if this fall I need to apply for a neurology program beginning in 2008 and a transitional year beginning in 2007? I'm confused a little bit.

depends on the program. if its a 4yr combined then apply for it in 2007. if its a 3+1 then transitional for 2007 and neuro for 2008. in either case u apply this yr. its an advanced match. so u match in 2007 for neuro startin in 2008. hope i didnt confuse.
