I am an old graduate and do not have mspe. I do have a letter from the Prinicipal (Dean) of my medical school.

I wonder if I say yes to "Will you or your medical school provide a
MSPE to the ERAS Documents
office at ECFMG
*"

and send Dean's letter for this?

thanks laptop

what about race and ethnicity, are most of the FMG's leaving in bland (not answered) or answering. I personally do not like this to come-up on the first page of application and influence the outcome not necessarily intentional.

Send your deans letter of rec in place of mspe, the consensus is img dean's letters are not that important.

i have no clue about that.Ideally (and i thought this was an ideal case untill you brought it up)it wouldnt matter whether you fill sumthing or leave it blank..Its unfortunate that you have to think about that but i can sense you apprehension..I think if i had been you i would have filled it in as a good chunk of work force in USA is composed of all races and ethinic orignis and a particular race would not be new or unknown so as to allow one to harbor any grudge agains a particular race....Leaving it unfilled may (in my opinion)create a little negative effect not neccessarily intentional..
I know its an unconvincing answer but hope it helps.
