After applying in the ERAS,the programs will see and go through the documents....
In ADTS i can know when the program has downloaded my document and now can i contact the programs and say thanks for downloading and ask them if they need any further information..
I mean is it ok to contact...

i am not a senior but i think i can answer.Its not ok to contact the programs to say thanks for downloading.The programs receive 1000+ application and for some 3000+.Imagine if everybody starts calling them up to say thanks for downloading what would the day be like for pd or pc.Programs and candidates share a symbiotic interaction between each other and" thanks "at every act is not neccessary.
Your second concern regarding asking the program to see if they need anything else-well for most progs you cant send more than what Eras allows you to do.So if you think you have something lacking in your file you should update your eras file rather than sending it across to every specific program.Moreover at this stage nobody would have gone through your file to know if everthing is in place or not.

ya..i can understand th huge volume of application they receive and the work that involve.
regarding the sending of further infor mation..as people have already submitted their CAF so how shalll me make the updates...eras doesnot allow any more additions...like observorships..how shall we go about it...

CAF cant be updated once you submit.But if you want to update your transcripts or send new lors or make a new ps you can do it .Regarding observerships the best thing would be to wait for 2-3 weeks ffor this hurly burly to get over and then call the programs to see if they would want to take into account your recent experiences like observership .If you get the nod then send it across in a e-mail or such but i doubt if many programs will be willing to update your files at that time.IN all cases you can boast of your obs and other such things during interviews .This is just my understanding which may not be at all true .

should ur PS have info about USCE if you done it before?
if yes, what is the need as the job description is already in the LORs
